Dve žene rediteljke, Emerald Fenel i Kloi Džao po prvi put u istoriji Oskara nominovane su za jedno od najznačajnijih priznanja Američke akademije za filmsku umetnost- u kategoriji najboljeg sineaste, saopštila je danas akademija.
Američka akademija za filmsku umetnost danas je obnarodovala nominacije za 93. dodelu Oskara, koja će biti održana 25. aprila u Los Anđelesu.
Kuriozitet predstojeće dodele jeste taj što su se po prvi put u istoriji dve žene našle u trci za nagradu u kategoriji „najbolji reditelj“. To su Emerald Fenel i Kloi Džao, a pored ovih sineastkinja za ovo priznanje boriće se i Dejvid Finčer, Tomas Vinterberg i Li Ajzak Čang.

Podsetimo, i Jasmila Žbanić sa svojim ostvarenjem „Quo Vadis, Aida?“ takođe je nominovana, ali u kategoriji za najbolji strani film.
Za glavnu nagradu- najbolji film u trci su ostvarenja: „Trial of the Chicago 7“, „The Father“, „Minari“, „Nomadland“, „Mank“, „Promising Young Woman“, „Judas And The Black Messiah“ i „Sound of Metal“.
Za najbolji originalni scenario nominovani su predlošci za ostvarenja: „Judas And The Black Messiah“, „Minari“, „Promising Young Woman“, „Sound of Metal“ i „The Trial of the Chicago 7“.
Za najbolju mušku rolu posthumno je nominovan Čedvik Bosman, kao i Geri Oldman, Entoni Hopkins, Stiven Juen i Riz Ahmed, dok su za vodeću žensku ulogu u trci za Oskara sledeće glumice: Keri Maligan, Frensis Mekdormand, Vajola Dejvis, Andra Dej i Vanesa Kirbi.
Nominovani za najbolju mušku epizodnu ulogu su Danijel Kaluja, Saša Baron Koen, Lesli Odom Džunior, Pol Raci i Lejkit Stajnfild, a žensku- Marija Bakalova, Glen Klouz, Amanda Sejfrid, Olivija Kolman i Ju Jang-Jun.
