Nekadašnji „vajld resiver“ Denver Bronkosa, Hjustona, Nju Ingland Petriotsa i Džetsa preminuo je u svom domu, a policija je za sada navela samo da je razlog medicinske prirode.
Tomas je osvojio Superboul sa Denver Bronkosima 2015. godine, a tim iz Kolorada ga je draftovao 2010. godine.
U Denveru je nastupao osam sezona i bio je jedan od najvažnijih igrača tima, ispisao je istoriju kao drugi na večnoj listi Bronkosa svih vremena po pretrčanim jardima i uhvaćenim tačdaunima.
Preminula NFL zvezda je ranije ove godine saopštila da završava karijeru.
Imao je veliku povezanost sa Džimijem Batlerom, čega su se mnogi navijači danas posebno setili.
