Čendlir Sosbi je devojka koja je smršala 38 kilograma i otkrila je sa čim se suočavala na svom putu.

Čendlir je svoju dvogodišnju borbu delila sa pratiocima na Instagramu, a od 2018. kada je dostigla svoj cilj ljude upozorava da fizičke promene nisu jedini aspekt transformacija.

Fotografije „pre i posle“, kako ona kaže, jesu odlična motivacija ali ne prikazuju uvek ceo put gubitka kilaže.

„Te fotografije ne prikazuju koliki je za mene izazov bila zdrava ishrana. Trebalo mi je oko godinu dana da ‘kliknem’. Ne otkrivaju da sam na teži način saznala koliko su proteini važni, koliko sam morala da budem posvećena da bih izgradila mišićnu masu ili kako život ide a napredak ti izmiče“, rekla je ona za magazin „Shape“.

Hello and welcome to all the new #fbggirls ?? It’s been a while since I reintroduced myself so I wanted to share a little about me and my journey! . I joined the #fbgcommunity back in January of 2016 ? I cannot believe it’s been over 4 years that I’ve been following @annavictoria’s workout programs! Its also hard to believe there was ever a time before them ? . My journey has seen many ups and down, several extremes, and countless “restarts.” It has been far from perfect, but what’s mattered most is that I’ve never given up. Getting back on track has been difficult but I’m fully committed to this challenge and I know from first hand experience how being dedicated to your nutrition and workouts can impact your body. ☺️? which is why I’m excited to be starting again with you all! Kad je 2016. počela svoje „fitnes putovanje“ cilj joj je bio da izgleda mršavo.

„Jako mi je neprijatno da pričam o tome, ali baš zato i jeste važno. Mislila sam da želim da budem mršava, ali pogled na sopstveno telo je iskreno bio traumatičan i loš za moje mentalno zdravlje više nego što je ikada bila gojaznost“, priča Sosbi.

I danas ona se povremeno oseća nesrećno,a od kad je postigla cilj nekad oseća kao da je u tuđem telu.

Čendlir otkriva zašto su proteini izuzetno važni u ishrani.

„Praćenje unosa proteina tokom dijete je jako važno. Vašem telu su proteini potrebni kao gorivo s kojim ćete se oporaviti, pa kad ih ne unosite dovoljno vaše telo počinje da koristi proteine iz mišića. Mnogo mi je trebalo da to shvatim“, priča ona i kaže da dok nije to primetila propadali su joj kosa, koža, nokti.

„Kad sam počela da uzimam dovoljno proteina i dobila malo zdravih masti, počela je opet da mi raste kosa, nokti su mi postali jači, a koža je ponovo postala elastična i izgledala sam zdravije“, otkriva ona.

Zbog problema koje je imala, shvatila je da mora da napravi dobar plan i uči o namirnicama i treninzima.

„Tad sam prestala da razmišljam – jedi što je manje moguće i prestala da radim samo kardio treninge. Fokusirala sam se na zdravu ishranu i treninge snage sa tegovima“, priča ona.

Takođe, važnije joj je bilo kako se oseća nego kako izgleda.

✨NSV✨ I don’t talk about my insecurities or body image struggles on here very often, but I want y’all to know that I do have them. Losing 85lbs didn’t magically make that internal critic go away, just like it didn’t magically make me love myself or like what I saw in the mirror. If anything, losing the weight made me MORE insecure about my body. My body changed with the weight loss, and 1.5 years later I’m still discovering new ways I can show my body more love and kindness. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Going to the beach, post a #guiltfree brunch, in a tiny bikini, and documenting it with photos was definitely one of those moments. ☺️? This is only the 4th or 5th time I’ve worn a bikini in public in the past 15 years (2nd time since I lost the weight) and while I was definitely a little slow to remove my cover up, and the negative thoughts were right there knocking, I pushed past them and truly enjoyed myself sans inner critic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So what if I was bloated af and my Marilyn was out to play? So what if I’m wearing high cut bottoms that showcase my @fitbodyapp booty gains? ?? So what if someone sees my jiggle or passes judgement on my body in general?! This is my life, my body, and my choice. „Prestala sam da pratim fizičke promene i fokusirala sam se na male pobede kao što su one kad uspem da podignem tegove ili uradim više ponavljanja istih tih tegova. Osetila sam da postajem jača i zdravija, a pošto sam tako i nastavila izgled koji sam iskreno želela je prirodno došao“, priča Sosbi.

Ona želi da ljudi znaju da promene ne dolaze preko noći i da je put od fotografije pre do one posle dug i naporan, i da ne treba da bez rezerve gledaju sve slike sa društvenih mreža koje prikazuju samo deo cele priče.
