Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan release podcast with teenagers to mark World Mental Health Day The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have recorded a podcast with a group of teenagers to mark World Mental Health Day. The podcast, titled Teenage Therapy, features a discussion between Harry and Meghan and a group of high school students in California. It was published at 5pm on Saturday. The discussion sees Harry and Meghan focus on prioritising mental health and ways to remove the various stigma around the issues. The podcast was recorded earlier this week in Santa Barbara, California, which is where the couple live. Everyone taking part in the discussion abided by social distancing guidelines and wore masks. The podcast usually features five students from Loara High School in Anaheim, Orange County. The episodes typically see the teenagers have candid conversations about mental health, touching on everything from school and family to friendships and sexuality. Harry and Meghan learned about the “Teenager Therapy” podcast a few months ago after the hosts were profiled in The New York Times. The podcast is not the only activity that Harry and Meghan are engaging in this weekend. On Sunday, the couple joined the renowned 23-year-old activist Malala Yousafzai for a video chat to celebrate this year’s International Day of the Girl. The trio discussed the barriers facing more than 130 million girls around the world who are not currently receiving an education, and what is being done to help them. The conversation was live streamed through YouTube and the Malala Fund’s social media channels. Ms Yousafzai, who is international activist who campaigns for human rights, was targeted and shot by a Taliban gunman in 2012 at the age of 15, after campaigning for girls to be educated in her native Pakistan.
