Svaka žena prolazi različito kroz menstrualni ciklus, ali izvesno je da ne postoji nijedna koja ne oseća nešto neprijatno u "onim danima".
Za mnoge od nas jedna od tih stvari je naduvenost. Stomak je otečen i tvrd i osećaš kao da ti je celo telo oteklo.
Iako se radi o normalnoj pojavi zbog hormonalnih promena koje dovode do zadržavanja vode, žene i dalje retko pričaju o ovom problemu.
Zato su neke žene na Instagramu otkrile kako njihova tela izgledaju tokom i oko menstruacije.
Fitnes instruktorka Kortni Prus je jedna od prvih koja je objavila fotografiju i napisala da se oseća naduveno i otečeno. Jako brzo u inboks u počele da stižu reakcije žena.
„Uopšteno, poruke koje sam dobijala su uglavnom slične – gomila žena je podelila svoje fizičko iskustvo pre menstruacije“, rekla je ona.
Miv Meden je jedna od devojaka koja je objavila slike svog stomaka u rasponu od par dana, a priključile su se i druge žene koje su na kraju ipak odahnule jer su zahvaljujući društvenim mrežama shvatile da nisu same.

Most fitspos (including myself) are seen posing, tensing, flexing – posting pics in in the best lighting on their best days & it’s easy to forget that the final pic we see on da feed was probs the best of MANY. . There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with wanting to look your best, BUT I think it’s important to show our not so glamorous moments + very real selves too… . This past week, I’ve been bloating like crazyyyy. I could have easily just posted the “flexed”photo, but the truth is…we ALL bloat & it’s nothing to be ashamed of ?? . Bloating is caused by water retention & can occur after huge DELICIOUS meals, PMS, heavily drinking on the weekends, traveling – you name it… it’s NORMAL ? . I want to remind you to be gentle with yourself today & everyday, because we are all human ??⭐️?

☕️ Let’s talk body image! ☕️ . Some days i feel awesome, strong, muscular, but still feminine. And.. Some days i feel like a giant bag of potatoes ??♀️ . Let me explain things here. BLOATING doesn’t mean you lost all your progress. A little bit of FLUFF one day, doesn’t mean you a “fatty”. Just because you see girls AND guys working angles and lighting, doesn’t mean they don’t have days where they feel like a whale too. . These pictures are THIS morning. Before food, before coffee, after some running. My period is coming, my hormones are off, my food intake hasn’t been the cleanest, and i honestly just feel BLAH when my period is on the way. THATS LIFE! . It breaks my heart to see people seeking ways to not be fluffy or bloat when it’s life. It’s just how your body is! Nobody is perfect. Nobody is flawless. So, don’t compare yourself! . You are BEAUTIFUL. You are STRONG. You are MORE THAN your body’s appearance. . This is going to be a weekend of relaxation for me. So my goal is to not be on my phone as much!
