Oatmeal Cream Pie Protein Ice Cream 👌🏼🔥😩 guys I swear it tastes exactly like those little oatmeal pies that are sold in packs of 12!! The protein is amazing in itself, but ADD ice cream to the mix and I die 😍 R E C I P E: – 1 cup of ice – cover almoooost all of the ice with almond milk (leave some of it popping out of the top) – 1 scoop of @motiv8performance Dessert protein powder – 1tbsp vanilla extract – a few squirts or liquid stevia – 1 to 1 1/2 servings of sugar free vanilla ice cream – OPTIONAL** but delicious…1 tbsp sugar free jello mix (cheesecake & white chocolate are my fav!) – BLEND IT ALL TOGETHER and enjoy it in all its goodness!! I topped mine with mini chocolate chips 👌🏼 If you want to get the Dessert protein you can use code MEG30 to save 30% off your order!

I haven’t been talking about this with you guys because I was worried about what people would think. Lately I feel like I’ve seen so many posts that say if you aren’t losing weight then that means you aren’t in a deficit. You aren’t being honest with yourself about what/how much you’re eating. I believed this. I have not been able to lose weight so I cracked down on myself and weighed every single ounce of food I ate, tracked every macro, started doing cardio 3-5 times a week, upper my water, and lowered my caffeine. I have not lost any weight. No inches. Clothes fit the same. I have been feeling so discouraged because everything I thought I knew about my body and weight loss is simply not working for me. I’ve googled and self-diagnosed for weeks now, but that doesn’t change anything for me. So I made an appointment with my doctor and a nutritionist to talk to them about my concerns. I plan on bringing in all my food and exercise records, all my daily weigh-ins! They’re not ready for all my data 😂📈
